• The SHIM hardware module itself does not transmit data. It is a passive piece of polyurethane and contains no electronics.
• We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or browsing history beyond the site.
• We do not sell your email or personal information to third parties.

How we use it

• To notify you when SHIM ships and to fulfill your pre-production allocation.
• To send transactional emails related to your enrollment (e.g., referral milestone confirmations).
• To send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the site and waitlist:

• Beehiiv — hosts the waitlist email list and sends emails on our behalf. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Static hosting provider — serves this website. We do not run server-side analytics.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or update it at any time by emailing privacy@shim.industries. Unsubscribe links in every email also delete your record from the waitlist on request.

Cookies

The landing page does not set any tracking cookies. Beehiiv’s embedded form may set its own functional cookies to remember your subscription status; their policy applies.
